Description:The Sales Coordinator position has many responsibilities within the Kualoa Westbound Sales office. Some of which are handling general inquiries and site inspections for Secret Island inquiries of local groups, student groups and local companies. The Sales Coordinator will also be heavily involved with coordinating tours and site inspections for VIPs and celebrity customers. Good social skills and ease with public speaking are vital.Responsibilities and Qualifications:•Handle Secret Island group inquiries (local, school groups, corporate) including prospecting, selling, contracting, invoicing & follow up.•Handle social media ambassador and influencer requests, visits, filming and booking inquiries. Must be able to vet inquiries and work with the Director on which ambassadors/influencers to target and work with. Ensure posts are understood, tags used appropriately and incentive programs are setup.•Assist with site inspections, site visits and fam inquiries as needed for local social, local corporate and school/educational group inquiries.•Must be able to drive the Sales Team Ford Transit van or other fam vehicles (non-CDL; valid driver’s license and clean abstract required).•Assist with Team Building/Team Bonding inquiries that may come in. Plan for weekly visits to “TOP 250 Companies” list to drop off collateral material regarding the program.•Monthly visits to Waikiki Concierge Desks to pass out collateral material and get feedback from concierges/agents.•Good phone skills, public speaking skills and email skills. •Must be able to multi-task and handle several different simultaneous projects as needed.•MS Office and general phone system knowledge required.•Must be able to learn Ponores reservation system. •Must be able to lift/carry 50-70lbs. Schedule:Must be able to work weekends and late hours as needed. Flexible schedule with changing days off and hours.
