Our client is looking to hire two Sales Support persons to provide support to the Service Team efforts to achieve the department goals. 

Duties/Responsibilities:‒ Handle incoming telephone calls from Customers
‒ Create quotes for Service Work as directed by the Service Manager
‒ Request material pricing from vendors including freight
‒ Adding recommended field labor, equipment, and other charges
‒ Prepare Estimate in Acumatica Software System
‒ Send quote to Customer and do appropriate follow-up

Provide Backup for Other Service Department Personnel‒ Answer telephone calls
‒ Create Work Orders
‒ Schedule Work Orders
‒ Provide Back-Up and Support for Service Team
‒ Other related duties as assigned by Management
‒ After 90 days, assume after-hours service call rotation

Minimum Qualifications‒ HS Diploma
‒ MS Office Skills
