Proud of the work you do?Our company, KRS Holdings, is a fast growing property management company in Richmond, VA. We are looking to add a well-qualified HVAC Technician to our Maintenance Team. We only hire folks striving to be the best. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to prioritize and completes all tasks assigned in a timely fashion. Multiple callbacks are frowned upon.
Job Duties 

• Perform routine maintenance on all types of HVAC systems
• Diagnose and repair issues with all types of HVAC systems
• Install new Heat pumps and gas furnace systems
• Diagnose and repair appliances

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years of experience in HVAC repair and install
• EPA certification
• Boiler experience is preferred
• Working knowledge of appliances and the ability to diagnose and repair appliances
• Must have own tools.
• Must have own transportation until a company van is able to be sourced (supply chain!)
• Qualified applicants must successfully complete a drug screen and a background investigation

Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Will be placed on an on-call rotation for emergency situations. Starting pay is $23/hour depending on experience.
