Description

The Human Resource System Analyst will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organizations HRIS, ensuring applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles data regarding employee productivity, attendance records and salary information.
• Processes employees’ requests for benefits enrollment and changes.
• Works with the HR department in order to provide the information they need.
• Makes sure that security protocols regarding information systems are in place and followed.
• Enters employee data into various information systems and recalls data as needed.
• Regularly review and verify data in all HR systems to ensure consistency and data integrity. 
• Responsible for day-today, ongoing maintenance and process tasks within the Paylocity. system. 
• Supports and may develop reporting metrics and measurements activities across a wide range of HR activities.
• Provides system support for HR applications and systems including learning management, applicant tracking, onboarding, etc. 

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, or related field required. 
• Three years of experience in Human Resource with exposure to HRIS Systems required. 
• Working experience with Paylocity preferred.

• Demonstrates vast knowledge of HRIS software and systems.
• Possesses a strong work ethic for working with confidential information.
• Exhibits strong communication skills for ensuring that employees and other departments have access to the information they need.
• Possesses an analytical mind for determining when software changes should be made and how systems can be made more efficient.
• Shows an ability to keep up with changing technologies. 
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, Gmail, and Outlook
