Description
Kreg Therapeutics / Kreg Medical is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to oversee all areas of human resources across the country, who can develop effective relationships with Kreg staff and provide a professional HR services to the business.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
· Human resources policies – develop, implement and maintain human resources policies across the organization, including training programs to educate and promote awareness of regulatory compliance.
· Experience with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws.
· Reporting and management of human resource metrics – produce reports on key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover.
· Update the new hires and terminations of employee’s files.
· Experience working with federal, state and local laws.
· Experience managing, I-9 files.
· Administration of our health and welfare plans including enrollments, changes and terminations.
· Processing of new hire paperwork, including monitoring of background checks and arranging of drug screens.
· New hire onboarding: formal offers, coordinating training, and onboarding.
· Provide support for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
· Prepare and oversee correspondence and reports, including legal reporting requirements for EEOC, OSHA, DOT, etc.
Requirements:
· Proven track record of successfully fighting unemployment complaints.
· A demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic business and HR objectives within a complex organization.
