Kreg Therapeutics LLC is Hiring a Clinical Director Near Chicago, IL

Description

Kreg Therapeutics is embarking on a mission to help clinicians mobilize patients more effectively and safely. Our portfolio of innovative ICU beds offers what we consider the best technology available to provide “verticalization therapy” and make patient handling and mobility safer for clinicians and patients. Our passionate representatives are on site and accessible 24/7 to ensure that our equipment functions properly and that every patient receives the quality care that they deserve, when they need it most. We train nursing staff on the usage of our equipment and our trustworthy and compassionate team can even provide suggestions as to when patients are likely to benefit from our world class Verticalization technology.

We are a small company, on a mission to stand out from the crowd and make Kreg Beds the #1 option for safe and efficient patient handling. 

The Clinical Director position will report to the CEO. This role will be USA-remote. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team the Clinical Director serves as a strategic leader who will guide the sales, marketing, and R&D teams to accomplish actions and objectives in the support of product development, commercialization, and clinical guidance. You will be part of a small, fast-moving, highly rewarding organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Serve as a primary clinical subject matter expert for the sales and marketing organizations, and lead clinical conversations, support, and communications on behalf of Kreg Therapeutics 
  • Lead customer and sales training 
  • Lead KOL management and relationships
  • Gather product/practices feedback from clinicians and serve as the liaison to the R&D department to spearhead the development of innovative products and features
  • Establish and maintain external academic, MedTech, and clinical expert relationships and keep abreast of medical and clinical best practices and innovative technologies related to our clinical areas of focus
  •  Collaborates with Management on strategy, customer programs, new product launch tactics and provides voice of customer feedback 
  • Interface with regulatory bodies regarding product discussions and questions
  • Lead medical risk assessments with senior management, review and advise on medical risk assessments for complaints, and update and create risk assessment documents related to potential product specific malfunctions
  • Provide medical input as needed, ensuring achievement of quality standards and customer needs.

Requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Nursing degree and 10 years of clinical experience, experience in the ICU preferred
  • Industry experience in the medical device field (in a similar position) preferred
  • Experience managing inclusively and developing multi-disciplinary professionals 
  • Experienced in oversight of risk assessment, patient safety, quality assurance processes
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Travel up to 70%
