Having been in business since the early 1950's, IRD makes the popular Lexseco Core Loss Test equipment as well as the IRD Balancing equipment. Both product lines are highly sought after by anyone who verifies equipment reliability. We are currently looking for someone to be responsible for the accurate planning of work orders and purchases utilizing IRD's ERP system. Job Skills / RequirementsExperienced may be subject to signing bonus! Person chosen for this position will be responsible for running the production plan, processing work orders and purchasing. He/she will also create and distribute work order packets and place purchase orders as directed by the supervisor. Part of the responsibilities will included entering data related to inventory, scanning and renaming documents, and maintaining an organized work space. Qualified person will be able to lift up to 80 pounds on occasion in a production environment.
3-5 years of warehouse experience is strongly preferred.
3 or more years of inventory/purchasing software preferred.
3 or more years experience with ERP/Database for Procurement/Supply Chain functions preferred.
4-5 years experience with Microsoft Office is strongly preferred including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Will use forklift.
35% of work is performed in the shop and warehouse.
65% of work is performed at a desk with computer.
May be required to work after normal hours on occasion.
Pay will be commensurate with experience in the $40-50k range.
