The Enterprise Client Systems (ECS) team designs, installs, and maintains customer Windows-based architecture environments using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) and Endpoint Manager (Intune). The full lifecycle approach focuses on design, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of the management infrastructure, operating system, and applications for our customers.

As an Engineer on the ECS team, you will assist with both the long-term strategic planning for your customers as well as the day-to-day requirements to maintain a stable, productive, and secure environment. This position is remote but can be located in New York, Connecticut or Houston.

Qualifications 

• Collaborate to deliver the designed desktop management strategies utilizing the Kraft Kennedy standards and practices
• Perform Windows 10 or Windows 11 implementation and maintenance tasks for your customers
• Document and deliver current state and future strategy to executive stakeholders and operational guides to key customer contacts
• Maintain operating systems and application sets for your customers leveraging deployment methods tools such as MECM and Endpoint Manager
• Streamline deployment activities to maintain current branch versions of MECM, MDT, and ADK
• Manage task sequences designed for Windows operating system servicing and wipe and deploy functionality including remediation of task sequence issues and maintaining patch compliance
• Maintain application lifecycle updates, deployment groups, and rights management via MECM and Intune
• Manage policy and setting configurations via Group Policy Objects, Group Policy Preferences, and Endpoint Manager
• Assess and execute patching, driver management, and security operations for customer endpoints and hardware models

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019 interface and management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy Objects and Group Policy Preferences
• Strong writing skills for client facing documentation and executive-level communications
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
• Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager or Endpoint Manager experience is a plus
• Experience with Microsoft cloud licensing; Microsoft 365 E3 and E5, EM S, Intune, or Office 365 E3 is a plus
• Must be open to travel to customer locations if required (2-4 weeks per year)

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree related to technology preferred

The base pay for this position has a salary range of $50,000 to $65,000. The actual salary offer will take in to account a wide range of factors including the individual’s qualifications, experience as well as location. In addition, certain positions are eligible for bonuses or commissions.
