KPMG LLP, Associate Director, NBPG (Multiple Positions), Raleigh, NC. Act as trusted partner to KPMG’s Global Functions in supporting the back-office programs. Supervise ITS teams and onshore/offshore partners to determine the technical evolution and solution architecture of portfolio of products. Support Global Functions product owners in the management of their product backlogs and maintenance. Implement the solution leveraging the agreed SDLC. Lead product development to agreed budget and allocate resources as appropriate between a complex mix of products and tracks. Create product roadmaps and communicate through-out the ITS community. Ensure that the technical delivery of the product match the business requirements and the delivery is done within schedule and budget. 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 7 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: Enterprise solutions design and development; Serving as technical lead on large application deployments; Managing teams of FTEs, contractors, and onshore and offshore resources of over 25 people; Managing a portfolio of work in excess of $10 million; and Delivery of enterprise systems including globally available applications.
Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 20%.
Travel to various international locations required up to 20%.
