Position Description:
KPA EHS helps clients develop a comprehensive EHS program that harnesses technology, best practices, and the concerted efforts of your workforce to maintain a safe and productive workplace. Our platform includes features like audits & inspections, incident management, equipment inspections, online training courses, reporting & insights, and more.
The Customer Care Associate for the KPA EHS solution will support the customer journey, empowering customers with the resources they need to keep their team safe. The innovative technology and user customizable platform enables team members to collect, evaluate, understand and implement safety and training information in real-time.
