The Service Advisor is responsible for accurately identifying customer needs and concerns regarding their vehicles, suggesting solutions, and coordinating repairs and maintenance with Service Technicians and customers. The Service Advisor is responsible for effective relationship building with customers and ensuring a high degree of customer service is consistently delivered. They also conduct prospecting and business-generating activities to enhance Service and Parts Department sales.Pay includes a base variable:
Pay Range: $32,739 to $91,850The Ideal Candidate:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Effective customer service skills
• At least 18 years of age
• 1 to 2 years of prior experience as a service advisor
• Knowledge of software programs
• Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
