Korum Automotive Group is looking for a Service Support Specialist to join our team to enhance the customer experience in the Hyundai Service Department. This position is responsible for assisting customers by answering incoming calls, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, or routing to an appropriate team member. Makes follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure quality service satisfaction. Responsible for coordinating the completion of deliverables "we-owe" to customers and internal repair orders which may include ordering parts, repair order write-up, vendor scheduling, and customer notification. Process payments for the service department. Assists with warranty and insurance claim documentation and processing. Accepts payments for the service department.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous call center experience a plus
- 6-month related experience preferred
- Ability to use and learn computer software programs
