This position is responsible for assisting customers by answering incoming calls, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, or routing to an appropriate team member. Makes follow-up outbound calls to customers to ensure quality service satisfaction. Responsible for coordinating the completion of deliverables "we-owe" to customers and internal repair orders which may include ordering parts, repair order write-up, vendor scheduling, and customer notification. Process payments for the service department. Assists with warranty and insurance claim documentation and processing. Accepts payments for the service department.
Pay Range: $19.77 to $27.18 per hour
Targeted Hiring Range: $19.77 to $23.47 per hour DOQ
Desired Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous call center experience a plus
• 6-month related experience preferred
• Ability to use and learn computer software programs
