Koroseal Interior Products, headquartered in Fairlawn, OH, is looking to add an IT Service Desk Technician to its staff.
The Service Desk Technician reports to the Senior Systems Engineer and provides desk side user support for the Fairlawn office and other administration duties. All support related requests will be responded to through the Service Desk including hardware support, application support, hardware acquisition requests, software acquisition requests, network, password, printing problems, and other miscellaneous services. Support will be delivered to the users consistent with established support levels. The employee will follow contact and response procedures and provide on-call support as needed.
· Process and manage IT related bills.
· Process and manage IT related purchases.
· Process and manage IT related purchase orders and contracts in SolarWinds.
· Basic IT related desk side support in the Fairlawn office.
· ERP backup process management.
· Responsible for datacenter cleanliness and organization.
· IT related procedure documentation.
· IT SharePoint management and updates.
· Key fob management for the Fairlawn location.
· IT related shipping and receiving in the Fairlawn location.
· Conference Room Support/Knowledge.
· Manage IT related stock in the Fairlawn location.
· Setup and maintain accurate employee data in Active Directory.
· Organize and maintain cleanliness of the corporate data center.
· Assist the Senior Systems Engineer as needed.
