Responsibilities Follow all safety procedures and protocols Ensure that equipment remains optimized by monitoring performance indicators Perform basic & critical operating skills required to maintain Micronizing Process operation Raw Material Handling & Operation of Forklift Packaging and Shipment of finish goods Perform routine chemical analysis of product Complete and maintain safety, quality and production batch records Perform other tasks as assigned Receive and ship finish goods and raw materials; Successfully complete DOT Hazmat training module Perform other tasks as assigned Critical Skills Operate & control all Micronizing in-process and finish good equipment Addition of raw material components to product mix tank Manage Transfers of confirmed in-process batches Manage Transfers from Disperser (Product initial Mix Tank) Tote out completed batch from In-process Mix Tanks Maintain and Operate filtration systems Maintain clear, accurate, and complete records including hard copy and electronic documentation Operate process Computer Program(s) Perform in-process quality lab analyses Manage Process water equipment COVID-19 Vaccination Policy All new hires must be fully vaccinated or be willing to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by date of hire to be considered for a North American based job, where permitted by applicable law and subject to requests for accommodation.
