What you will do

· Responsible for multi-entity reporting.

· Maintain General Ledger, prepare journal entries and support the month-end close process.

· Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy and validity of accounting transactions. 

· Support forecasting and financial performance review, budgeting and maintaining financial reporting requirements. 

· Oversee A/P and A/R duties.

· Direct monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles including P&L generation, balance sheet reconciliation, variance analyses and preparation of month-end book and presentation to senior leadership. 

· Support senior leadership in evaluating financial impact and ROI of on-going strategic and operational decisions through ad-hoc analysis and reporting.

· Monitor and safeguard company’s fixed assets and inventory through proper system recordation, amortization of depreciation, asset tagging and periodic inventory. 

· Administer all reporting with state, federal and local governments tax and filing requirements. 

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements 

· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.

· At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing.

· Solid understanding of accounting theory and knowledge of US GAAP.

· Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
