Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services Company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager with a Secret Clearance to support KMS and our government customer at Ft. Lee, VA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
- Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and inter-related project tasks.
- Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
- Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and costs.
- Defining the program governance (controls)
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements
- Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies
- Managing and utilizing resources across projects
- Managing stakeholders’ communication
- Managing quality control of the contract deliverables
- Provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the Task Order (TO) including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall TO performance.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- At least ten years of experience in technical leadership.
- At least ten years of experience managing complex Enterprise Architecture and PMO support contracts for DoD.
- At least seven years demonstrated experience supporting defense resale efforts.
- At least five years of experience managing a contractor workforce, including managing day-to-day activities, hiring, resource management, and monitoring project profit and loss.
- Experience interfacing with and briefing agency senior leadership.
- Ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements.
- Ability to understand and simplify customer requirements.
- Ability to communicate end user feedback to technical and design leads.
- Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of industry standards.
- Experience utilizing project and program management methodology and techniques.
- Ability to manage wide ranging objectives of the program.
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Bachelors required, Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management preferred
Desired experience also includes:
- Demonstrated operational experience in a military environment.
- Demonstrated experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the offeror’s proposed methodologies and approach of a project similar in size, scope, and complexity, including manpower utilization, procurement of materials and equipment, standards, training, problem resolution, and employee relations in both CONUS and OCONUS environments; include details addressing support staff requirements, cost estimation, labor-category contractor contribution to integrated team composition.
- Demonstrated experience achieving cost, schedule, and performance requirement for operational services to include cost summary reviews, invoice reviews, trip reports, and monthly activity reports.

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
