Specific responsibilities include:
- Being responsible for the integration of therapists and the ongoing training and development of spa associates
- Serving as the Lead Trainer with weekly designed training time combined with service time
- Having a working knowledge of private label products and department related products
- Consistently following the Kohler Waters Spa policies, procedures and standard operating procedures
- Overseeing the integration and training of all new therapists in both technical and non-technical requirements of the role
- Overseeing and scheduling on-going, in-house training
- Coordinating technical review training for therapists developing into the next level of expertise
This is a Full Time position with benefits, working weekdays & weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:30am and 8:00pm.
