Summary:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering timely data, compiling analysis reports that teams can use to improve profitability, and hold regular stakeholder meetings to monitor progress. This person should be able to identify and resolve problems and inconsistencies, determining appropriate corrective procedures in situations where only limited standardization exists. This position will be exposed to confidential information and will be expected to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Translate business data into digestible information that helps drive continuous improvement and publish various daily, weekly, and monthly production and financial reports
• Support the production departments with technical accounting assistance as needed, particularly in preparing and analyzing Return On Investment reports
• Communicate with all levels of the organization, present information to large groups of people, and work one-on-one with managers
• Examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures
• Assist with special projects as needed

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience with Excel preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics from a four-year college, or Certification as a Business Analyst by IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) or PMI (Project Management Institute) preferred
• Three or more years experience as a Data Analyst preferred
• Three or more years experience in accounting preferred
