Responsible for ensuring a clean and sanitary lobby, front of restaurant and restrooms that meets and/or exceeds each guest’s expectations. Ensure that soups and salads are prepared properly and in a timely manner. Greet each guest as they enter and leave the restaurant. Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and organized work place.

** Listed Salary Info is our current average hourly pay rate, which includes Kobe base pay for Lobby Attendant ($15-$18 per hour) plus shared Service Charge.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

1. Completes daily and weekly side work requirements prior, during and after shifts

2. Greets guests

3. Clean and sanitize lobby area, front entrance, parking lot, windows/mirrors and doors

4. Maintains service areas and ensures they are clean and organized free of debris, spills and fingerprints prior, during and after shifts

5. Check restrooms every hour throughout the day, restock soap, toilet paper and paper towels, remove trash and ensure sinks, mirrors, walls, floors, urinals are clean and sanitized

6. Follows all federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations outlined by the Kobe Employee Handbook
