Knoxville Center for Autism, Inc. is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Knoxville, TN
- Conducting Initial Assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA and report writing
- Implement a behavior program based in VB.
- Programming for up to 10 clients using assessments, creating materials as needed, updating data and graphs, making programming changes as needed based on data.
- Conducting RBT observations & training weekly in clinic.
- Conducting Parent Support (training) sessions weekly in clinic.
- Attend and participate in weekly staff meetings.
- Attend IEP meetings as needed.
- Conduct sessions outside of the center (community) as needed.
- Oversee and aid in training and supervising RBT's seeking their BCBA or BCaBA.
- Collaborate with all professionals including other BCBA's, SLP, OT, licensed teacher, etc.
- BCBA certificate and in good standing with the board. LBA is a must..
- Ability to give feedback.
- Experience working with kids.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Must be a team player.
- Knowledgeable in ABA procedure and techniques.
- Able to handle tantrums and work with any client.
