About the role:

This is a new role for our organization and a critical part of the ongoing strategy of the business. Serving as a right hand to the COO, this role will facilitate data, reporting, and analytics from across our systems. She/he/they will create business cases on behalf of the Operations Leadership team and potentially the C-suite and will focus on driving metrics and accountability through a series of systems across the organization.

This person will support the measurement and reporting of all KPIs across the operational team, will facilitate key meetings to drive results, and will serve as a thought partner among the operations leadership team to drive additional transparency to the business.

ALWAYS with the customer in mind, this person will model potential solutions for the customer and collaborate across multiple departments to assist the business in setting strategy and executing against our goals.

About you:

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar analytical role is required
• Consulting, Fintech, or PropTech experience is required
• Expert in Excel and database systems is required
• Experience with SFDC, enterprise financial systems is required; experience with proptech systems is a plus
• Minimum travel required; less than or equal to quarterly to headquarters
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a ‘figure it out’ mentality

In this role you will:

• Be the point of contact for all business data for a high growth, dynamic operations team
• Be the right hand of the COO for all things analytics, process improvements, and finance related
• Focus on SFDC analytics, dashboards, and addressing business cases through data to drive performance improvements across the team
• Partner with the Finance team to reconcile data (until integration, then spot checks)
• Work closely with the Operations leadership team to drive KPI accountability across all teams in the department
• Serve as a project coordinator for key initiatives that are inter-departmental and cross functional but are data driven
• Serve as a resource for the c-suite to drive and implement KPIs and reporting across the organization that aligns with the business goals
• Drive organizational behavior through reporting and open, transparent performance driven conversations
