About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join their dynamic finance organization. The successful candidate will be a proactive, team-oriented leader with a minimum of 12 years of experience in a financial capacity, including 2-3 years of corporate consolidation experience and 5 years of management experience. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is required, with an MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred. The role involves leading the company's financial planning and forecasting processes, including monthly forecasts, annual planning, and long-term financial plans. The VP of FP&A will also be responsible for the analysis of financial data to support internal and external reporting, budget management, and providing financial support to corporate leadership.Key responsibilities for the VP of FP&A include completing monthly and annual business reports and forecasts, managing the corporate office budget, and ensuring that forecast models and budget activities accurately reflect operational assumptions. The role also involves developing and coordinating consolidated financial and operational reviews, providing analysis for strategic corporate actions, and supporting the preparation of annual strategic and operational plans. The ideal candidate will have experience with FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements, as well as public company FP&A experience. They should be a solid presenter, with a verifiable track record of leading and developing a finance team, and be highly proficient with financial management software such as Costpoint and FocusPoint.
