Position Title: Clinical Coordinator

Client: Maine Mobile Health Program

Location Augusta, Maine

Maine Mobile Health Program (MMHP) is seeking a Registered Nurse to be a Clinical Coordinator to be based in the Augusta Maine Office.

Requirements of the Clinical Coordinator:

  • 3 – 5 years of supervisory and clinical experience ideal
  • COVID-19 Vaccination
  • Registered Nurse with an active license in the State of Maine in good standing
  • Some travel within the State of Maine and reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Background in public health or health administration
  • Experience with electronic health records
Benefits of the Job:
  • Annual pay in the range of: $50 – 65K Annually
  • Employees do have an option of a PPO or HAS plan when eligible after 3 months

  • 11 Paid Holidays, 1 day of paid vacation and sick time accrue per month.
  • Located in historic downtown Augusta Maine, only 6 minutes from I-95.
  • Hours are Monday – Friday, hours can be flexible, Some afternoon Clinics in the harvest season, some hybrid work
Responsibilities of the Clinical Coordinator (RN):
  • Supervises nursing positions as well as Medical Assistant position
  • Reports directly to the Executive Director and works closely with the Medical Director
  • Implement health education services, screening clinics, vaccination clinics, and other activities
  • Assist with clinical updates and/or trainings for Community Health Workers (CHW’s).
  • Works closely with the Medical Director in collection and analysis of QI Data and chronic disease management
  • Member of the Quality Improvement Committee
  • Assists with referrals for patients
  • Participate in Quality Assurance reviews of data and documentation; participate in QA Committee meetings.
  • Participate in MMHP trainings, retreats, and harvest debriefs.
  • Support MMHP’s Emergency Preparedness efforts, ensuring that all policies, plans, and equipment are up to date for emergency response.

Maine Mobile Health Program is a community health center focused on supporting Maine’s farmworkers and seafood processors in accessing healthcare. MMHP aims to reduce health disparities and inequities of access for these communities by providing culturally appropriate care and services where they live and work.
