Kma Architects is Hiring an Architectural Project Manager Near Spanish Fork, UT

Project Manager Position
KMA Architects is an architectural design firm located in Spanish Fork, Utah specializing in K-12 school design. We have several current and upcoming projects and are in need of well qualified project managers with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial projects. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects throughout design and construction phases
  • Work closely with drafters and architect to create Revit drawings for architectural plans
  • Manage correspondence with clients, engineers, vendors, consultants, construction team and other personnel involved in projects
  • Attend weekly construction meetings, review submittals and respond to RFIs
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently with minimal oversight

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Revit Architecture, Autocad and Bluebeam required
  • Need to be proficient with Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Need to have a good attitude and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a working knowledge of CAD standards, Revit standards, and drafting/engineering practices and methods
  • Post-secondary and technical school education is preferred
