Kleer, LLC is Hiring a Customer Onboarding Specialist Near Wayne, PA

As Kleer’s Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing successful membership plans for our new customers. A successful and seamless implementation is critical to establishing the long-term success of an account. The ideal candidate will be able to consult with practices in a meaningful way while being tenacious enough to ensure they execute on a plan to implement best practices. This position will report directly to the VP of Customer Success and requires extensive collaboration with the Kleer Sales team and Kleer Growth team.

In addition to base salary this position offers employee equity and a $21,000 variable at 100% of plan.

*This is a remote position with the ability to use our office for meetings, team events, or a workspace as needed.*

The Day-to- Day

You will be responsible for implementing successful membership plans with new independent dental office accounts. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Drive activation and set-up of new dental practices nationally on the Kleer platform
  • Evaluate and consult on fee schedules to determine appropriate pricing for membership plans for practices in different localities
  • Apply “Smart Pricing” principles to ensure practice profitability and patient savings
  • Use your expertise to guide practices in making decisions that will lead to successful plans
  • Think outside the box to incorporate unique requests practices may have, that are not “standard” parts of our membership plans
  • Train key stakeholders at dental practices on how to use the Kleer platform while ensuring the teams understanding of the membership plan and its benefits.
  • Champion practice success through ongoing support to dentists and their office staff in the first 60-90 days as they start gaining momentum
  • Communicate consistently with dental teams to stay ahead of questions or concerns
  • Implement a plan for practices to meet and exceed expected goals
  • Monitor underperforming accounts and provide guidance to overcome roadblocks to get them back on the road to success
  • Advocate for the customer to ensure their needs are top of mind when developing new releases to the Kleer platform
  • Put your creativity to the test when working alongside internal teams to create materials and develop solutions for practices

To Be Successful

  • Starting with the obvious: you are PASSIONATE! (Seriously, you must LOVE what you do!)
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience with implementation and account management
  • You have a successful track record of helping customer implement new technology/processes/tools, etc., customer relationship building, and have a passion for helping customers be successful (even when it gets tough!)
  • You must be extremely organized and thrive in a macro management environment
  • And you have a Bachelor’s Degree in anything. We mean it! Business, History, Cooking (actually, that could be incredibly useful)… anything.
