Apex Legacy Law Firm LLC is a completely virtual law firm seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive legal services to our clients in various aspects of family law.
Responsibilities:

• Legal Representation : Utilize your expertise in family law to provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, adoption, and domestic violence.
• Research and Drafting : Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Litigation: Handle all aspects of litigation, including court appearances, hearings, and trials. Advocate zealously for clients' interests in the courtroom while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing compassionate guidance, clear communication, and responsive support throughout the legal process. Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients' best interests.
• Case Management : Manage a caseload of family law matters efficiently and effectively. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure that clients' needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve the firm's goals and deliver high-quality legal services to clients. Participate in case strategy sessions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

- Active license to practice law in Illinois
