Role Overview
As HR Manager, you will lead client engagements and execute Kiwi HR Strategic Goals while mentoring and developing your team. In the role of HR Manager, you will:
Lead client engagements to deliver HR Advisory Services that exemplify Kiwi’s excellence standards and exceed clients’ expectations.
Anticipate the evolving needs of multiple clients to develop and improve business services.
Identify new business opportunities and participate in business development discussions with prospective clients.
Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual enhancements to clients’ and HR Business’ operations.
Recruit, select, supervise, coach, and develop HR team members.
Stay up to date with compliance and implement regulatory changes in a timely manner, communicating changes to the rest of the team.
Facilitate discussions, develop content, and lead training sessions as necessary.
Actively participate in internal meetings and HR business’ initiatives, lead goal setting and checking process, and support HR team in completing annual HR team goals.
Required Experience and Qualifications
6 or more years HR leadership experience within a startup or small, unstructured environment.
Experience modeling organizational values to build a supportive, compassionate, dedicated, and trust-based team culture.
Extensive, hands-on and strategic experience with multiple HR functions including recruiting, benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, compliance, and organizational development.
Experience mentoring, supervising, and developing staff.
Exceptional organization, time management, and project management skills.
Excellent and consistent relationship management skills.
Comfortable working in multiple work environments and balancing the needs and demands of several clients.
Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Prior experience with:
Compensation analysis, training and facilitation, and HRIS implementation.
Diversity and inclusivity initiatives.
HRCI or SHRM certification.
