Job Summary

This position will direct cross functional initiatives on product, process, UX and marketing that are aligned to strategic business objectives under the direction of the Chief Digital Officer. Serves as a lead for organizational management and central point of contact for business plan creation, resource planning, road mapping across the CX team and bringing relevant UX strategies and designs to leadership and technology partners as enhancement opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for UX, marketing and creation and management of CX roadmaps.
  • Manage CX annual planning that includes KPIS and metrics and business reviews.
  • Ensure resources, planning and delivery schedules are met in a timely manner.
  • Create financial spend to forecast reporting across teams as well as combined resource plan to deliver.
  • Establish working meetings, mitigation meetings, review meetings and leadership updates on a regular cadence with strong presentation skills (PowerPoint and oral communications).
  • Cross functional collaboration between business, technology, legal, compliance and operations as it correlates to business direction and technology capabilities.
  • Direct or Indirect management of resources, vendor manager and provide strategic insights.

Requirements

  • PMP certification will be a plus.
  • Auto industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strongly preferred digital, marketing, CX, UX experience.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies will be considered as an advantage.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with 5 years of experience leading large projects.
  • Candidates with program management experience will be successful in this role.
