Job Description Summary: The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and facilitating learning and development strategies and programs as per the business needs. He/she will design and facilitate learning courses and workshops and manage associated platforms/systems and vendors. This position will be dedicated to helping our employees advance their skills and knowledge and learn and grow for the Company’s success. Job Description: Create and execute learning and development strategies and programs. Evaluate and identify the individual, team, and organizational development needs Implement various learning methods companywide and design and deliver e-learning courses, coaching, job-shadowing, in-person training, workshop, etc. Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities Train and educate managers to develop their leadership skill and their team members through career paths and development Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned Track budgets and negotiate contracts (KSA) knowledge/experience, skills, ability & attitude: 5 years of learning and development experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods, e-learning platforms, and practices Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with employees and vendors Proficient with MS Office suites including excel, word, and PowerPoint Additional Job Description:
