Our Executive Sous Chef @ The Cardinal at North Hills supervise and plan the preparation of high quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere.

***$1000 Sign on Bonus***

Full Time: Monday - Friday (out by 8pm) w/weekend rotation

Pay Range: $29/hr - $31/hr

What will I do every day?

• Assist in the production of creatively designed menus
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal o the residents
• Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule
• Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
• Train and develop new kitchen associates

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• Be a progressive and creative thinker
• Be a high school graduate (preferred)
• Have one to three years of cooking experience
