Kisco Senior Living is Hiring a Dining Room Supervisor Near San Rafael, CA
Job Description
The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates. This is a full-time position with a $1,500 hiring bonus!
What will I do every day?
- Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
- Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
- Record production and operational data as required
- Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
- Assist with scheduling as needed
What will I need to be successful in this role?
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Be a great team player
- A high school diploma required
- Minimum of three years’ food service experience in a supervisory role required
- POS user experience a plus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
- A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
