Your role:

Duties include: 

• Monitoring resident assistants’ performance and productivity
• Maintaining adequate staffing levels
• Assist with resident care when necessary
• Ensuring appropriate and individualized activities are available for residents
• Reading and initializing the communication log daily and takes appropriate action to ensure resident care delivery
• Maintaining frequent communication with families and residents
• Assists with training, hiring, and documentation of resident assistants.

What's important to us: 

• At least one-year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or experience with seniors and supervisory experience required. 
• Registered Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
