Accounts Receivable Associate

Job Details

If you are looking for a GREAT accounting job opportunity with starting pay of $17/hour, look no further! Kings III Emergency Communications has been providing emergency monitoring services for commercial and residential properties, since 1989.

Kings III has been in business for over thirty years and is growing.

This position will be providing support to the accounting department. Duties will include providing billing support to customers via email and telephone, posting customer payments and updating customer records, as well as sorting mail and assisting with other tasks. We value our customers and are looking for someone that will provide excellent customer service. 

Job Duties

  • Provide customer service to customers regarding their account (phone, email)
  • Process Installation and Service tickets daily to bill customers
  • Post customer payments in accounting software
  • Process daily bank deposits via electronic scanner
  • Sorting and opening incoming mail including follow-up on returned mail
  • Answering Telephone Calls
  • Work as a team with employees in all departments
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some college preferred
  • Professional Written and Oral Communication Skills
  • Type 45 WPM and 10 Key by touch preferred
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient computer skills, MS Office including MS Excel
  • Punctual and regular attendance
