Kings Harbor Multicare Center is Hiring a Speech Therapist Near The Bronx, NY
Kings Harbor Multicare Center is a 720 bed long term care, sub-acute and rehab facility located in the Northern Bronx. We are looking for a full time Speech Therapist to jolin our dynamic Rehab department.
Job Duties are as follows:
§Evaluates and plans programs for all patients referred by physician.
§Provides treatment of patients as scheduled.
§Ensure documentation as required by the New York State regulations, Medicare and reimbursement agencies.
§Meets with clinical supervisor and/or Rehab Director on a regular basis to discuss specific patients as needed and review Speech/Language policy and procedures.
§Collaborates with Physicians and other members of the health care team relative to patient treatment and progress.
All applicants must be possess the following:
§Graduate of accredited Masters Degree program in Speech Language Pathology.
§New York State Licensure
