The Opportunity: At Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) we are looking for a Home Health Physical Therapist who has a passion and heart for providing quality total patient care. As a Physical Therapist with our team, you will provide direct care to patients with a variety of medical conditions in their home setting. 

Hours/Shift: Full-Time/Days - We offer some scheduling flexibility, along with 5/8 or 4/10 shift opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides a full range of Physical Therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. Supervises Physical Therapy Assistants. Provides patient and/or family education to help achieve goals. Documents course of patient care including progress and continuing need for treatment. Participates in multidisciplinary meetings ensuring patient continuity of care. Participates in continuing education/professional development activities and quality and process improvement programs. 

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of four year bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Physical Therapy
• Licensure: Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy
• Certification: BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience: Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population
