Kingman Regional Medical Center is Hiring an Environmental Services Supervisor (EVS) Near Kingman, AZ

Overview

Join our Environmental Services (EVS) team of professionals and experience a collaborative and supportive team environment!

Hours/Shift: Full Time/Evenings (Eligible for shift differential pay!)

Key Responsibilities: The Environmental Services Supervisor supports the Environmental Services Director with the day-to-day functions of the department. Follows procedures and leads environmental services team members in accomplishing the housekeeping/laundry services of the organization. Manages resources, supplies, and staff ensuring areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and aseptic manner. Ensures all areas are maintained in accordance with goals, policy, and regulatory guidelines. Manages the team's schedules and professional development and conducts team rounding regularly. Exhibits effective communication and customer service excellence. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Licenses: Valid AZ Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience in a lead or supervisory role in housekeeping and/or environmental services

Skills/Knowledge: Housekeeping technical skills and understanding of all aspects pertaining to housekeeping and infection control

Preferences:

  • Education: Advanced education/degree in management or relevant field of study
  • Certification/Licensure: Certified Hospitality Housekeeping Executive (CHHE) or other similar professional certification in housekeeping management
  • Experience: Hospital EVS experience preferred
