King Technologies, Inc. is Hiring a Mechanical Design Engineer Near San Diego, CA
King Tech has an immediate opening for a Mechanical Design Engineer. As the Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing new products and making improvements to existing products to Navy C4ISR systems and their components.
Position Summary/Description:
Design, build, install, test, and recommend corrective actions for C4ISR systems. Excellent compensation including full benefit package.
Essential Duties:
- Evaluating products, parts, or processes for cost efficiency and reliability and ensure project completion.
- Works with other members of the engineering staff to ensure that production is completed in a timely manner.
- Designing of new products and makes improvements to existing products.
- May lead or direct the work of others under the supervision of management.
Qualifications Required:
- DoD Secret Security Clearance
- DoD 8570.01-M Baseline IT Level I and IAT Level II certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience
- Fiber optics certification
- Security CE Certified.
