Responsibilities:

Assist the Activity Director in developing, planning, implementingand evaluating activity programs for residents. Ensure that thespiritual, emotional, recreational, leisure and social needs of the residentsare maintained on a group and individual basis.

Qualifications:

• CTRS, MMT, AT, orRAC preferred.
• Must have theability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a levelnecessary to accomplish the job.
• Must have agenuine interest and caring for the elderly.
• Must be able torelate positively to residents and family and to work cooperatively with otheremployees.
• Must be capableof maintaining regular attendance.
• Must meet allfederal, state and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offerphysical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminalbackground investigation and reference inquiries.
• Must be able toperform the essential functions of this job, with or without accommodation.
