JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator who will be responsible for the AP functions of the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Match receipts to vendor invoices and prepare for data entry to Navision.
- Verify proper transaction approval prior to voucher.
- Research non-matching receipts and invoices, work with purchasing department to get open transactions cleared up and processed.
- Prepare, upload, and activate ACH and Positive Pay files to the bank
- Prepare manual check runs as needed.
- Prepare Daily Accounts Payable balance roll forward.
- Perform monthly Accounts Payable closing procedures including account reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly AP accruals.
- Research vendor/supplier accounts and resolve issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
