In collaboration and partnership with the site's HR and manufacturing leadership, is responsible for production/hourly-employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, inputting transfers and terminations into Kindeva's HRIS. Handle the coordination of HR office and Site operations—coordinate and, at times, conduct training sessions, deliver employee orientation, and managing employee information documents. The role provides intake for employee questions, escalating, as necessary, and assists in creating materials for internal communications. You will possess a high school diploma and a minimum of five years of HR or executive administrative experience.
