Manager, Quality Assurance
Job location: Chennai, India
Kinaxis is looking for a talented candidate to provide strong leadership in the Quality team.
What you will do
- Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performance - and growing -team of software test developers
- Ensure the evolution of our test and automation frameworks
- Ensure a high level of automated test coverage
- Understand and use internal & customer data to help achieve coverage
- Understand product functionality to derive test strategies
- Contribute ideas, initiatives and feedback when developing automated tests.

In this role, you will work closely with other QA/PV teams, development teams, and downstream teams to continually improve the experience of deploying and using the RapidResponse platform.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering /master’s in computer science or equivalent
- A dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, initiative and collaborative spirit
- 12 years solid track record in software and/or test development environment
- 3 years in a leadership role building and running QA teams/functions
- Ability to provide mentorship and coaching to the QA team
- Significant demonstrated experience in testing best practices and methodologies
- Familiarity with Jenkins CI/CD and release pipelines
- Experience in testing/delivering SaaS products and supply chain domain is a definite asset
- Applying the Agile/Scrum development methodology and working closely with development to deliver high-quality software, in a continuous delivery fashion.
- Automated test experience, including unit test frameworks such as NUnit or JUnit.
- Database and SQL knowledge.
