Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for a Structural Revit Designer to join our Pleasanton, CA office.

Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for structural design/drafting assignments requiring working knowledge of structural design/drafting standards, practices, and techniques in building structural, site structural, and heavy structural elements in concrete, masonry, steel, and wood.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Leading the model development and structural plans for parking structures, buildings, transit stations, and miscellaneous transportation structural plans (preliminary and final) based on project requirements and client standards
• Making revisions to plans based on redlined mark-ups
• Generating plans using Revit, AutoCAD, and other platforms as required by the client
• Coordinating with the structural design engineer and design team members to produce construction documents and exhibits.
• An Associate’s degree in Design or Drafting is required
• At least 8 years of previous experience designing/drafting structural systems
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter

Base Salary Range: 

$100,000 - $130,000
