******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking an ambitious, highly motivated paralegal to provide support to the legal department and focus primarily on preparing and negotiating real estate agreements, with an emphasis on retail leases. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, with a high attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in order to manage multiple tasks in a highly demanding environment. Additional key competencies also include: (i) excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written), professional demeanor and presentation, (ii) ability to collaborate well in a team, and (iii) willingness to assist with overflow work and other special projects as assigned. The candidate must have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, as well as document management and other office technologies such as Salesforce and DocuSign. Prior real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

• Prior paralegal experience
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated PC skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook), as well as the ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases. Experience with Salesforce, hCue, DocuSign, document management systems and standard videoconferencing applications a plus.
