About You As a person, you’re someone who has prior experience in HR Operations Management – providing local market knowledge and expertise on the effective delivery of our day to day hire to retire HR processes, policies and activities together with proven experience in an operational HR capacity or HR shared services: demonstrable understanding of Polish Labour Legislation – statutory documents. You also have experience in reviewing and keeping up to date HR policies and maintaining content on the HR portal and supporting for ad-hoc projects and local Labour Relations. You represent focusing on adherence to standard, continuous improvement opportunities and providing an engaging and customer-focused service in partnership with a third-party provider and partnering with outsourced provider to manage the level of service delivery, to ensure the partner’s performance, driving continuous improvement, educate them on KC culture, policy and practice. Fluent English & Polish is essential. This role is offered as a hybrid position from the Krakow Office.
