Kiddo Talk Speech Therapy, PLLC is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Near Universal, TX

Kiddo Talk Speech Therapy, PLLC is a therapist-owned practice seeking to hire 1-2 SLP-Assistants to treat pediatric clients in our clinic located NE of San Antonio, at 1001 Pat Booker Rd. Ste. 101, Universal City, TX area. At times, therapists may also travel to daycares and private schools in the areas of Schertz/Cibolo and NE San Antonio. Base compensation is $35-$40 per visit (based on experience). In addition to base pay, therapists are compensated for travel outside our covered area. All visits are 30 minutes in duration.

  • SCHEDULE FLEXIBILITY: Therapists create their own schedule! Most of our referrals are children available during daytime hours. However, therapists must also have after school availability.
  • ACCESS TO HUNDREDS OF THERAPY MATERIALS: You'll receive a therapy bag upon hire and have access to many therapy toys, books, handouts, and laminating and printing materials.
  • GREAT SUPPORT TEAM: You will be joining a strong team of therapists who meet weekly to discuss current caseloads.
  • CEU REIMBURSEMENT: All therapists receive a yearly CEU allowance.

Requirements:

  • Therapists must have a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and have a Texas SLP-A license in good standing. They must also demonstrate excellent attendance, professionalism and organizational skills.
  • Therapists must be CPR certified.
  • Therapists must pass a background check.
