We are seeking an experienced and dedicated automotive office manager with required CDK experience to join our team. Job Description:

This job requires automotive dealership experience with CDK/ADP accounting experience, title, AP/AR, billing schedule and general ledger. An experienced automotive dealership accounting position will have solid knowledge of automotive dealership operations, as well as excellent communication skills. Strong time management and applicant must possess excellent MS Excel skills, general computer expertise, and be able to exhibit strong attention to details in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles, registrations, and DMV documentation.
• Review documents in car deals to ensure compliance with company bank and state/federal requirements.
• Reconcile accounts, schedules, research outstanding items
• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure timely and accurate posting.
• Work with internal departments, customers, banks and DMV to ensure outstanding items are processed timely and within compliance
• Ensure timely processing of AP and AR - payments are sent out within company guidelines and expensed in the appropriate month

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in accounting software and dealership management systems (DMS).
• Strong knowledge of title, registration, and DMV processes.
• Strong understanding in Accounts receivable/payables, DMV, Deal positing and general auto industry work flow.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
