RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client looking for a Sr. Project Manager. This role is fully remote but it's preferrable if candidates are located on the West Coast and work PST hours. In this role, the Senior Project Manager manages and influences the development of large, complex projects with Regional or multi-regional scope, and manages long-range projects which have significant impact on the achievement of integrated company objectives. The Senior Project Manager maintains and supports a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity. The Senior Project Manager maintains knowledge of policies and procedures and performs in accordance with the Principles of Responsibilities and applicable regulatory requirements, external laws and accreditation standards, and also appropriately reports observed fraud or abuse.
Responsibilities:
* Develops and manages project plans, including defining deliverables, key milestones and critical path
* Influences and makes recommendations to senior management regarding complex projects
* Facilitates planning with diverse stakeholders
* Develops project outcome success measures
* Identifies needed resources for projects, defines and assigns major project roles
* Identifies project barriers/constraints/risks and provides recommendations to mitigate
* Balances schedules, scope and budget, renegotiates with sponsor, as necessary
* Formulates communication plans
* Facilitates improvement efforts and develops implementation recommendations
* Develops models to project impact of projects on resources
* Facilitates collaboration with diverse groups and individuals to influence strategic planning and execution
* Develops, maintains and effectively manages client relationships at all levels across the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BS degree or 4 years of additional experience required
* Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential
* Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units
* Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources
* Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
