KEYSTONE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT is Hiring an Administrative Specialist Near Vero Beach, FL

Full-time Administrative Specialist needed at rapidly growing and fast paced property management company. Responsibilities include Administrative support of community association manager(s), community correspondence, mailings, and other administrative tasks for multiple accounts. The following are a MUST for this position:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding multi-tasking ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to take initiative to research and find solutions
  • Ability to continually reprioritize tasks
  • Strong customer service
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Work in a fast-paced and sometime distracting environment

Completion of the Indeed Assessments is a necessary requirement. Salary range $18 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
