1. Bachelor's degree in, Safety Sciences, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety or related discipline or minimum of 4 years equivalent experience in the oil and gas industry.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Safety Field

1. Working Knowledge of oil and gas Industry.
2. Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations (OSHA, EPA, PADEP).
3. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suit).
4. Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
5. Must be flexible around work schedule and can travel.
6. Valid driver’s license required.
7. Good communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organization.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *
This position reports to the Keystone HSE Manager and will serve Keystone’s operations in southwestern Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, with occasional travel to the Keystone’s offices located in Hershey, Pennsylvania and Williamsport, Pennsylvania and Keystone’s Field Operations located throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, etc.

In addition to the above, it should be noted that the HSE Specialist will be asked to remain available and on-call at times to respond to or deploy to project/site exigencies and/or emergency situations, or respond to incidents or accidents, as appropriate to assist senior management. The HSE Specialist may also be asked to attend client meetings, industry conferences, and roundtable workgroups to keep abreast of industry- and customer-standard and emerging policies and trends to maintain HS&E compliance as it affects all of the Company’s operations. Overnight travel will be required at times.
