Keyera Career Opportunity Job Type: Permanent THE POSITION Keyera is currently looking for a Maintenance Planner based out of Gold Creek/Wapiti Complex. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning scheduled general maintenance activities for Gold Creek Compressor Station and Wapiti Complex. This job will be 4 days on 3 days off. Applicate must reside within 30min of Grande Prairie. RESPONSIBILTIES Plan maintenance activities with an appropriate level of detail to maximize the execution efficiency of our field resources. Identification and sequencing of distinct steps to complete the job in the most efficient manner. Identification of resources (personnel, equipment, services, parts, etc) and time demand to complete the above steps. Engaging with Supply Chain and other team members to arrange resources via approved suppliers. Preliminary identification of hazards associated with job and planning of the mitigations. Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance team to produce weekly and monthly lookahead schedules. Utilize basic troubleshooting abilities to determine and plan appropriate courses of action in creating work orders. Generate, maintain, and diligently utilize a library of job plans for reoccurring tasks. Contribute to short and long-term planning for facility optimization. Proactively collaborate with subject matter experts (Trade Specialists, Inspection, Engineering, etc) to ensure required minimum quality of workmanship requirements are clearly detailed with appropriate measures in place for issued work packages. Strong supporter of HSE program and ensures work packages are fully compliant. Ensure plans are developed that meet Keyera’s Operational Excellence Standards and Asset Management and Reliability standards. Draft maintenance procedures required when assigned. QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will be well-organized, energetic, and service oriented with the following qualifications: Journeyman Trade and Operational experience will be considered an asset. Experience in Planning Multi-disciplined trade activities in a live operating environment would be considered an asset. Planning and Scheduling training & certification and/or MMP (PEMAC) designation would be considered an asset. Experience with Maximo would be an asset. Well-developed computer skills with Microsoft Office products and planning experience with a CMMS (Maximo). Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop & maintain strong collaborative working relationships. Solid communication skills both verbal & written. Able to demonstrate a strong personal alignment with Keyera’s Values and Cultural Behaviours.
